We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Nursery Manager to join a small group of nurseries that share a genuine passion for high-quality early years education. This unique role offers variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact across multiple settings. Supporting and covering nurseries within a designated patch, you'll work closely with nursery teams to maintain high standards, provide leadership support, and help ensure each setting delivers exceptional care and education. Part of a close-knit nursery group, the organisation is committed to creating environments where children feel happy, confident, and inspired to learn. Their curriculum is child-centred and designed to nurture a wide range of interests, encouraging children to explore, discover, and develop through meaningful experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar area management role – essential
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Confident leadership and team management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different nursery environments
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Passion for delivering outstanding early years education and supporting nursery teams
