What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Make full use of the nursery's inspiring indoor environments and unique outdoor learning spaces
- Encourage children's confidence, curiosity, and independence through exploration and outdoor play
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
