We’re looking for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the leadership of this inspiring setting. Ideal for a current Third in Charge or experienced Deputy Manager, this role offers the chance to play a key part in maintaining outstanding standards while helping to lead and develop a passionate early years team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
  • Previous senior experience within a nursery setting, such as Third in Charge or Deputy Manager
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and motivate a team
