Nursery Practitioner – Up to £29,000

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Experience working within in a nursery setting
- Strong understanding of early years development, particularly under 2s
- Reliable and consistent approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, consistent care for babies throughout the day
- Follow established routines for feeding, sleep, and development
- Observe and record progress, contributing to next steps
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised baby room
- Communicate clearly with parents on daily care and development
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency across the room
