They are now looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to join their night team - someone who brings confidence, compassion, and clinical strength to every shift.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Current, unrestricted NMC registration - RGN or RMN essential
- Proven post-registration experience within a nursing home or similar setting - essential
- Please note: our client is unable to consider newly qualified nurses for this position
- Confident leading a shift independently and making sound clinical decisions overnight
- A warm, compassionate approach that reflects the home's homely, resident-first culture

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care across nursing, dementia, and residential care throughout the night
- Taking responsibility for the smooth and safe running of the home during night shifts
- Conducting and reviewing care assessments and care plans, ensuring they reflect each resident's individual needs
- Administering medications safely and accurately in line with NMC guidelines
- Supervising and supporting care staff on shift, acting as the senior clinical presence overnight
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records throughout each shift
- Responding calmly and confidently to clinical need as it arises during the night
