What You’ll Need
Essential
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Proven experience as a Room Leader or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations confidently
Desirable
- Additional training in leadership, SEND, or safeguarding

- Lead and support the baby room team to maintain quality and safety standards
- Plan and implement activities that support early learning and development
- Observe, assess, and report on children’s progress and wellbeing
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Support staff development and daily operational decisions
