Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join their supported living service for younger adults. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a caring team that is committed to empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while receiving the personalised support they need.
As a Support Worker, you'll build meaningful relationships with the people you support, encouraging independence, promoting wellbeing, and helping individuals achieve their personal goals. No two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role for someone who enjoys making a positive impact.
Working a mixture of day and night shifts, you'll play a vital role in providing consistent, person-centred support within a welcoming and supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience working within a supported living, residential care, or similar health and social care setting
- Experience supporting younger adults is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- A caring, compassionate, and person-centred approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to work a rota including both day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion
- Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required
- Encourage participation in social, educational, and community activities
- Administer or support with medication in line with policies and training
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily documentation
- Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and care policies at all times
