Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Planning and supporting engaging learning experiences and activities
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
  • Supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental progress
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Observing, assessing, and monitoring children's development
  • Supporting daily routines and promoting children's independence
  • Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards are consistently maintained
