Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)
£27,000–£33,000 per year | Full Time | All Year Round

As a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll become part of a friendly and supportive team that's dedicated to creating positive early years experiences for every child.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and provide engaging activities that promote children's confidence, independence, and development.
- Encourage children's curiosity through play-based learning and free-flow indoor and outdoor experiences.
- Support children as they develop the social, emotional, and practical skills needed for school.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
