Hospitality Manager
Β£32,000 per year | Full Time | Luxury Care Home
The experience of living in a luxury care home goes far beyond the care itself. From the welcome residents and families receive to the quality of dining, housekeeping and everyday service, the smallest details can make a significant difference.
Set in a peaceful location with beautiful surroundings, this luxury care home for older adults has been designed to offer comfort, quality and a genuine sense of home. We're looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager who can bring the service standards and attention to detail you'd expect from a high-end hotel into a care environment.
This role would particularly suit someone with luxury hotel management experience or a similar hospitality management background who understands how to create consistently high standards while leading a team to deliver a warm and personal service.
The Hospitality Experience We're Looking For
- Previous management experience within a luxury hotel, high-end hospitality environment or similar service-led setting.
- Strong understanding of exceptional customer service and the standards expected within a luxury environment.
- Experience leading, motivating and developing hospitality teams.
- Confidence overseeing multiple areas of hospitality operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining standards.
- Experience managing rotas, staffing and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues and visitors.
- Confidence handling feedback and resolving concerns professionally.
- An understanding of the importance of dignity, choice and individual preferences when providing hospitality services to older adults.

Creating a Luxury Experience Every Day
- Lead and develop the hospitality team, setting clear expectations around service and presentation.
- Maintain consistently high standards across the home's hospitality provision.
- Help create a warm and welcoming experience for residents, relatives and visitors.
- Oversee the quality and presentation of dining and communal areas.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure residents receive a seamless and personalised experience.
- Ensure individual preferences are understood and reflected within everyday hospitality services.
- Monitor standards and identify opportunities to continually improve the resident experience.
- Support staff recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development.
- Manage staffing and rotas effectively.
- Respond positively and professionally to resident and family feedback.
- Ensure hospitality services operate in line with relevant health, safety and hygiene requirements.
- Help create an environment that feels less like a traditional care setting and more like a high-quality home with exceptional service.
