We are recruiting a Deputy Childrens Home Manager for a therapeutic childrens residential home supporting young people with complex needs including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career with structured support and clear progression.
You will work closely with the Home Manager to lead the staff team, support day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of care and safeguarding.

About You
We are looking for someone who already has experience in a senior role within childrens residential care and is confident supporting both staff and young people. You will ideally have:
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childrens Residential Care
- Around two years experience in a senior or leadership role within a childrens residential setting
- A good understanding of therapeutic care and EBD
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- A full driving licence and access to a car
