They are now looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to support the day-to-day running of a room and help maintain the nursery’s high standards of care and education within a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Room Leader with the day-to-day running of the room
- Delivering high-quality care and early years education in line with EYFS
- Helping to plan and implement engaging activities and learning experiences
- Making full use of the nursery’s outdoor garden to enhance children’s development
- Observing and tracking children’s progress and development
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Supporting a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment
- Acting as a role model for best practice and supporting team members within the room
