What Our Client Is Looking For- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager - essential
- A strong track record of maintaining or improving Ofsted outcomes
- A warm, inspiring leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and early years legislation
- Organised, commercially aware, and confident managing the day-to-day running of a busy nursery
