Who We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Previous experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager – essential
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Experience supporting staff development and leading teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality care and education
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery policies
- Support staff development, mentoring, and performance management
- Maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to occupancy, operational, and administrative responsibilities
- Help create engaging learning experiences throughout the setting
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive nursery culture
