What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in residential care
  • Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
