Registered Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)
Salary: Up to Β£60,000
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a warm and welcoming nursing home supporting older adults with nursing and residential care needs.
Located in a quiet residential area, the home offers a peaceful and homely environment where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence while receiving high-quality, person-centred care. We're looking for a nurse-qualified leader who can build on this success, maintain high standards, and continue driving excellent outcomes for residents, families, and staff.
Who We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
- Active NMC registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Home Manager or Nursing Home Manager
- Proven history of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Experience managing occupancy, budgets, recruitment, and team performance
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional elderly care

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing and residential care
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead, support, and develop the staff team
- Monitor home performance, occupancy, and quality outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders
- Promote a culture focused on dignity, respect, and person-centred care
