Registered Nurse
Hourly Rate: £22.50-£23
36–48 Hours per Week | Day Shifts (8:00am–8:00pm)
This welcoming care home provides residential, nursing, and dementia care within a warm and homelike environment. Rated Good by the CQC, the home combines high-quality clinical care with a compassionate, person-centred approach, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and individuality.
The home also boasts excellent facilities, including beautifully landscaped gardens and an onsite café, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and staff alike.
They are now looking for a Staff Nurse to join their friendly clinical team. While an RGN is preferred, applications are also welcomed from experienced RMNs and RNLDs with strong clinical skills and previous nursing home experience.
What We're Looking For
- Active NMC registration as an RGN (preferred), RMN, or RNLD.
- Previous nursing home experience is essential.
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in delivering high-quality nursing care.
- Experience caring for older adults, including those living with dementia.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate, professional approach with a commitment to person-centred care.

Your Role
- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and complete clinical assessments in line with NMC guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Work collaboratively with Care Assistants, senior staff, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards.
- Support residents and their families, promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
- Contribute to maintaining a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel safe and at home.
