Lead a nursery where children are inspired to learn, teams are supported to succeed, and quality comes first.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a well-established early years setting that provides exceptional childcare and education for children from birth to five years old.

What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Previous experience as a

Deputy Nursery Manager ready to take the next step.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and early years education.

- Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are consistently achieved.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of Early Years professionals to deliver outstanding practice.
- Maintain compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and all statutory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and support the nursery's ongoing success.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervisions, and performance management.
- Manage occupancy, budgets, and resources to ensure the nursery continues to thrive.
- Promote a positive, inclusive culture where children and staff feel valued and supported.
