We’re looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s friendly team. What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Make full use of the nursery's free-flow indoor and outdoor learning environments
  • Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, and independence through child-led learning
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
