Business Development Coordinator (Part-Time) – Willing Care Recruitment

£13 per hour | Monday to Friday | 10:00am–3:00pm (25 hours per week) | Reading (Office-Based)

We're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development Executive by introducing Willing Care Recruitment to new businesses, identifying opportunities, and booking meetings.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping us build relationships and open doors across the healthcare, social care, and early years sectors.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in business development, lead generation, telesales, outbound sales, or a similar client-facing role is essential.

Confident making high volumes of outbound calls and speaking with senior decision-makers.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach.
  • Comfortable working towards individual targets and KPIs.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using a CRM system would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience within recruitment or professional services would be beneficial but is not essential.

What You'll Do

  • Make proactive outbound cold calls to prospective clients across healthcare, social care, and early years.
  • Research organisations and identify key decision-makers.
  • Introduce Willing Care Recruitment and the services we offer.
  • Generate qualified leads and book meetings for the Business Development Executive.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients and develop long-term relationships.
  • Follow up with businesses to nurture opportunities and keep conversations moving.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity within our CRM system.
  • Support pipeline management by keeping client information organised and up to date.
  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead generation targets.
  • Share market feedback and insights to support ongoing business development strategies.
