Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
£20.00–£20.50 per hour | Full-Time Days or Part-Time Nights

What We're Looking For
- Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
- A minimum of two years' experience within a Nursing Home setting.
- A strong understanding of person-centred care and clinical best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, professional approach with a genuine commitment to supporting older adults.

Your Role
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
- Administer medications and carry out clinical assessments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans.
- Monitor residents' health, responding promptly to any changes in condition.
- Lead and support Care Assistants, promoting best practice across the team.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to creating a warm, respectful, and homely environment where residents feel valued and supported.
