What You’ll Need

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Pin
  • Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience, in a care home or similar setting
  • Experience working with older adults, including those living with dementia
  • Strong communication, decision-making skills, and a calm, compassionate approach

What You’ll Do

  • Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents every day
  • Support older adults with dementia and complex needs, ensuring dignity and comfort
  • Administer medications and monitor clinical conditions
  • Maintain accurate records in line with care standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while exercising professional judgement
  • Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
