What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Encourage children to explore, investigate, and learn through outdoor adventures
- Support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Make full use of the nursery's indoor and outdoor learning environments
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
