Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Up to £30,700 – Permanent
40 Hours per week, All Year Round
The role is based in a beautifully converted barn-style nursery, with bright, purpose-designed rooms and large outdoor spaces where babies, toddlers, and preschool children can explore, play, and learn. You will be part of a team supporting children’s day-to-day care and learning, helping to create a warm, structured, and engaging environment where every child feels valued.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Proven experience in a nursery setting
- Understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements
- Ability to work confidently and independently
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children from birth to 5 years
- Follow the EYFS to plan, observe, and assess children’s development
- Support children’s wellbeing and ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are maintained
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and families
