Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus Scheme and Welcome Bonus

Do you have the experience to lead a children’s residential home while maintaining strong, consistent standards across care, compliance and team performance? This role requires a Registered Manager who understands how to balance leadership, accountability and day-to-day operational oversight within a structured environment.

You will be responsible for a children’s home, supporting children and young people. The service is supported by an established management team, providing the structure and guidance needed to maintain and build on current standards.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven senior experience within children’s residential care – Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)
  • Previous Registered Manager experience is highly desirable
  • Level 3 or Level 4 Children’s Residential qualification (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the children’s residential home
  • Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance
  • Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
  • Ensure the home remains inspection-ready in line with Ofsted expectations
  • Lead, support and develop the staff team
  • Oversee care planning and ensure outcomes for young people are met
