The service is now looking for a confident, compassionate, and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join its team on a full-time, all-year-round basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a friendly and inclusive nursery that truly values its staff and supports ongoing development.

The Nursery Room Leader will take the lead in one of their rooms, supporting a team of practitioners in delivering high-quality early education and care. This role involves creating a warm and engaging environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

You will help guide daily routines, plan activities in line with the EYFS framework, and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
  • Previous experience in a leadership or senior practitioner role within a nursery setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and people-management skills.
