What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings
- Registered Nurse qualification with NMC PIN or Level 5 Health & Social Care leadership qualification
- Must be registered with the CQC
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, safeguarding, and clinical governance
