Our client is looking for a creative and dedicated Head Chef to join and lead the kitchen team at a well-established luxury care home. What You’ll Need
- Experience working as a Head Chef or senior chef
- Experience working in a care home, healthcare, or similar catering environment
- Knowledge of specialised diets such as soft, textured, or modified meals
- Level 2 or above in Food Preparation, Catering, or Professional Cookery
- Up-to-date Food Hygiene Certificate
- Good understanding of nutrition and dietary needs for older adults
- Ability to manage kitchen organisation, stock control, and food safety standards
