Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join their management team at a luxury care home offering person-centred residential nursing and dementia care for older adults. With a strong commitment to dignity, safety and individualised support, the service provides a warm and welcoming environment where clinical standards are as important as kindness and connection.
As Deputy Nurse Manager you’ll play a central part in ensuring high-quality nursing care across the home. Working closely with the Home Manager you’ll lead and inspire a clinical team, monitor care delivery and help maintain a safe person-centred environment where residents feel genuinely cared for.
Please note: due to the location of the service candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
What You’ll Need:
- Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
- Previous experience working in a nursing home setting (essential)
- Solid background in older adults care including dementia support
- Strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills and a calm confident presence
