What We’re Looking For

  • Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN) – essential
  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager – essential
  • Experience supporting adults with complex needs and mental health conditions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple services
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident approach
  • Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing services

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of both the nursing and residential homes
  • Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered across both services
