Our client’s purpose-built, luxury care home has been designed to deliver the highest level of care and enhance the daily lives of residents - From a beauty salon and café to beautifully landscaped gardens. With a Good CQC rating and a clear commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care, this is a home that a Care Home Manager can be truly proud to lead.

They are now looking for an experienced, registered Care Home Manager to take full responsibility for the operational and clinical leadership of the home - building on its strong foundations and continuing to deliver the premium standard of care their residents deserve.

What Our Client Is Looking For
  • Registered Manager with CQC - essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Care Home Manager - essential
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN, or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards, regulations, and inspection processes
  • Proven ability to lead a home to consistently high standards in a luxury or premium setting
  • Excellent people management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware with sound financial and business management acumen
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults
Key Responsibilities
  • Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational and clinical management of the home
  • Maintaining and building upon the home's Good CQC rating through continuous improvement and rigorous compliance
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing a dedicated team across all departments
  • Ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care that reflects the luxury standard of the setting
  • Managing budgets, occupancy, staffing, and resources effectively and sustainably
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
  • Overseeing clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management, and audit processes
  • Acting as the Registered Manager with CQC, taking full accountability for all regulatory requirements
