Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) Night Shifts

£20.40 per hour

24 Hours per Week

As a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN), you'll play an important part in creating a warm, respectful and empowering environment for older adults who call this beautiful nursing home their home. What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in elderly or dementia care with understanding of complex health and emotional needs.
  • Confident in care planning, medication management and safeguarding principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills fostering positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
  • Committed to professional growth and maintaining high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred nursing care including medication administration, wound management and clinical assessments.
  • Develop, review and update detailed care plans, risk assessments and dietary plans to meet residents' individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain the highest care standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote residents' holistic well-being through empathy, communication and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed about clinical best practices and uphold CQC and NMC standards at all times.
