What We're Looking For

  • Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
  • Previous experience within a nursing home or older adult care setting.
  • Senior nursing experience as a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, Unit Manager or similar would be highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical skills and confidence supporting residents with complex needs.
  • Good knowledge of medication management, care planning and clinical risk assessments.

  • Experience supporting, mentoring and guiding nursing and care colleagues.
  • A compassionate approach with a strong commitment to person-centred care.

What You'll Receive

  • Permanent day shifts
  • Pension scheme
  • Onsite parking
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Opportunity to further develop your clinical leadership career
  • Supportive environment within a small nursing home
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clinical standards and residents' everyday care

Your Clinical Leadership Role

  • Provide safe, responsive and individualised nursing care.
  • Lead by example and provide clinical guidance to nurses and care colleagues.
  • Oversee residents' care plans, clinical assessments and risk management.
  • Monitor residents with complex healthcare needs and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.
  • Support safe medication management and maintain high standards of clinical documentation.
  • Complete clinical audits and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and support colleagues to strengthen their clinical knowledge and confidence.
  • Work closely with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote residents' dignity, independence and individual choices.
