What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager - essential
- A warm, confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a team around a shared vision
- Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and early years legislation
- Organised, commercially aware, and confident managing the operational running of a nursery
- Ambitious and forward-thinking - excited by the opportunity to shape a nursery's culture and Ofsted journey from an early stage

Key Responsibilities
- Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery
- Championing the nursery's Forest School-inspired ethos, ensuring outdoor learning is central to daily practice
- Leading, inspiring, and developing the team to deliver high-quality, child-led early years education
- Ensuring EYFS delivery encourages individuality, independence, and confidence in every child
- Managing budgets, occupancy, staffing, and resources effectively and sustainably
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and operational practice
- Preparing the nursery for its first Ofsted inspection and embedding inspection-ready standards from day one
