What You’ll Need
- Proven senior experience within children’s residential care – Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)
- Previous Registered Manager experience is highly desirable
- Level 3 or Level 4 Children’s Residential qualification (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Full UK driving licence
