What You'll Need:
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
- Post-qualification nursing experience
- Experience working within a nursing home setting
- Confident in leading a night shift and making autonomous clinical decisions

What You'll Do:
- Lead and deliver clinical care during the night ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-supported.
- Complete assessments, care plans, and medication rounds with accuracy and confidence.
- Respond to changing needs and elevate when required ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Provide hands-on support to the care team mentoring and guiding where needed.
- Maintain clear communication with families and daytime teams for continuity of care.
