What You'll Need:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN

  • Lead and deliver clinical care during the night ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-supported.

  • Provide hands-on support to the care team mentoring and guiding where needed.
