Nestled in a characterful setting, our client is a small, well-regarded residential home providing personalised personal and dementia care to older adults. With a Good CQC rating and a team that is deeply committed to creating a true 'home from home' atmosphere, this is a home where residents are supported to live as independently as possible, with dignity, warmth, and genuine compassion at the core of everything they do.
Our client is now looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead this special home and continue building on its well-earned reputation.
What Our Client Is Looking For- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care — essential
- Current or recent CQC Registered Manager status — strongly preferred
- Our client will also consider an experienced Deputy Manager with a strong, proven track record who is ready to take the step up
- Solid knowledge of CQC regulations and experience managing inspections
- A warm, person-centred leadership style that reflects the home's ethos
- Experience in residential and/or dementia care for older adults
- From £52,000 per annum
