An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a warm and welcoming nursery set within a beautiful converted house in a peaceful location.

This homely setting provides a nurturing environment for children at every stage of their early years journey, with dedicated rooms for babies, toddlers, and pre-school children, including a thoughtfully designed sensory room. The nursery also offers spacious learning environments and fantastic outdoor areas where children are encouraged to explore, play, and develop with confidence.

Currently holding a Good Ofsted rating, the nursery is looking for a strong and experienced leader with a proven management and Ofsted track record to continue driving high standards across the setting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager – essential
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience maintaining high standards and positive Ofsted outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality early years education and care
