Regional Operations Director
£85,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme + Car Allowance

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Regional Operations Director to join a forward-thinking care provider, taking the lead across a portfolio of luxury care homes and driving innovation, excellence, and outstanding resident experiences at every level.
This is a high-impact leadership role suited to a commercially minded and strategically focused healthcare professional who thrives on supporting multiple services to achieve excellence.
You'll work closely with Home Managers and senior leadership teams to enhance quality, improve performance, strengthen compliance, and ensure each service delivers exceptional care while achieving its operational and financial objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven senior operational leadership experience within the care home sector
- Experience managing multiple care homes or services simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care standards
- Demonstrable success in driving quality improvement and managing underperforming services
- Experience leading and developing senior management teams
- Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for budgets, financial performance, and P&L management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across a portfolio of care homes
- Support Home Managers to achieve high standards of care, compliance, and performance
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across all services
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, occupancy, budgets, and operational outcomes
- Support services to achieve and maintain strong CQC ratings
- Lead on turnaround strategies where improvements are required
- Ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards are maintained
- Develop and mentor Home Managers and senior leadership teams
- Build effective relationships with commissioners, regulators, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic planning, business growth, and organisational development
