Previous care home catering experience is essential, as you'll need a strong understanding of specialist diets, allergies, nutrition, and hydration.

- Previous experience as a
Head Chef, Chef Manager, or Senior Chef within a care or nursing home .
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a kitchen team.

- Knowledge of specialist and texture-modified diets.
- Strong understanding of allergies, intolerances, and individual dietary requirements.

Your Role
