This is perfect for an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager with a strong clinical background and a proven track record managing large nursing homes. You will take full accountability for clinical standards, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and commercial performance. The role offers a salary of up to £70,000 plus a bonus scheme.

What You’ll Need

• Registered Nurse qualification with an active UK NMC PIN.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager.
• Experience managing large nursing homes.
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and inspection processes.
• Confidence with budgets, financial planning, and occupancy management.
