Room Leader – Baby Room
From £29,500 per annum

This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team within the Baby Room, helping to create warm, meaningful experiences that support babies' learning, development, and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar role
- Experience working with babies in an early years setting (desirable)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the Baby Room
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support, mentor, and develop practitioners within the room
- Plan and oversee engaging learning experiences tailored to babies' developmental needs
- Monitor children's progress through observations and assessments
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
