Designed with residents' wellbeing at its heart, our client is a luxury nursing home providing exceptional person-centred Residential Care, Dementia Care, and Nursing Care. They are now looking for an experienced and clinically strong Deputy Nurse Manager to work closely alongside the Home Manager, drive the highest standards of care, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this outstanding setting.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Current, unrestricted NMC registration - RGN or RMN essential
- Proven nursing home experience - essential
- Demonstrable managerial or senior leadership experience within a care home setting - essential
- Clinically strong, with experience across residential, dementia, and nursing care
- A confident, compassionate leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care principles
- A genuine passion for delivering luxury, high-quality care to older adults

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day clinical and operational leadership of the home
- Acting as a senior clinical presence, providing guidance and support to the nursing and care team
- Overseeing care assessments, care planning, and reviews across residential, dementia, and nursing care
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and all relevant legislation
- Leading on clinical audits, governance, and quality improvement initiatives
- Building strong, meaningful relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Supporting the recruitment, induction, and development of nursing staff
- Deputising for the Home Manager, maintaining strong leadership and continuity of care in their absence
