What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner – essential
- Experience working within a baby room environment – Desirable
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge or interest in Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches
- A nurturing, caring, and child-led approach to early years care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
