Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children within the pre-school room
- Support the day-to-day running of the room and assist in leading the team
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe, assess, and monitor children’s progress and development
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing and individual learning needs
- Ensure safeguarding, health, safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
