This small, person-centred service prides itself on providing compassionate, high-quality care where every resident is treated as an individual. Working up to 42 hours per week on a rotation of day and night shifts, this role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to be part of a team that truly values its nurses.

What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
- Experience within a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on safe, high-quality care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents with complex needs and acquired brain injuries
- Support residents’ health and wellbeing through effective assessment, care planning, and clinical practice.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Lead, mentor, and guide care staff during shifts.
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice in all aspects of care.
