Hourly Rate: £22.90 + Paid Breaks
36 Hours per week Rotation of day and night shifts

What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse – Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD).
- Experience within a nursing home or care setting.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on safe, high-quality care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents with complex needs and learning disabilities
- Support residents’ health and wellbeing through effective assessment, care planning, and clinical practice.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Lead, mentor, and guide care staff during shifts.
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice in all aspects of care.
