What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
(or equivalent).
- Recent experience working as a
Nursery Practitioner within an early years setting.
- Good knowledge of the
EYFS framework , safeguarding, and child development.
- Confidence working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to supporting young children.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for early years education.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan engaging, play-based activities that support every stage of children's learning and development.
- Create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, supporting their individual learning journeys.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote children's wellbeing, independence, and confidence every day.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and early years practice.
