Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the day-to-day running of your room, creating a warm, stimulating environment where every child feels at home
  • Planning and delivering creative, engaging activities that inspire learning, curiosity, and confidence
  • Making the most of the nursery's outdoor space, encouraging children to climb, explore, and learn through active play
  • Observing and documenting children's development in line with EYFS, sharing progress meaningfully with families
  • Mentoring and supporting your room team, acting as a consistent and positive role model
  • Contributing to the wider nursery and playing an active part in its continued growth and development
