They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join their growing team, take ownership of their room, and help shape the next exciting chapter of this nursery's story.

- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
- Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner within a nursery setting

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day running of your room, creating a warm, stimulating environment where every child feels at home
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging activities that inspire learning, curiosity, and confidence
- Making the most of the nursery's outdoor space, encouraging children to climb, explore, and learn through active play
- Observing and documenting children's development in line with EYFS, sharing progress meaningfully with families
- Mentoring and supporting your room team, acting as a consistent and positive role model
- Contributing to the wider nursery and playing an active part in its continued growth and development
