What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging, child-led learning experiences
- Encourage children's independence through free-flow indoor and outdoor play
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
